Local Law 196 Training Deadline Extended

The NYC DOB has officially issued an extension for the SST training requirement. The full compliance date will now be March 1st, 2021.  Originally the date was set for September 1st, 2020 but due to covid-19 the NYC council has decided to give workers additional time to complete the required training.  

Although in-person training has been and continues to be limited, Able Safety provides a solution for those seeking to obtain a Site Safety Training card through online training. Online training for supervisors (62hr SST card) and workers (40hr SST card) is available entirely online at ablesafety.com.
