Should have chapter reviews to highlight key points, shouldn't have to go back for 30 minutes and blindly review. If this course controls how long each module is, and we cannot click next until it is finished narrating, why do we need to go back and blindly review? The whole course seems sloppy, and hastily put together. There were even misspellings on the test. If NYC is going to require an additional 10 hours on top of our OSHA 30, this class should at least be professionally presented.
