I went through the final test 4 times because of a note saying to check and see if all questions were answered, I missed 4 or 5 questions as unanswered, but they were not on the test while I was taking it. I always go through a test twice before submission and my test was missing questions. I love documentaries, but felt my time in class could have been better used not watching the one on the golden gate bridge. I'm being used as a ladder subject matter expert(SME). I worked in the cable industry for 11 years and was with 2 companies,I worked out of 11 different shops. During that time I went through ladder certification 19 times, I feel the course they gave is more comprehensive and suited to the everyday work environment. This class has merit, I feel OSHA presents the information in a better format. I would also like to see programs developed trade specific. When my trade arrives on site; steel is up, trench work is complete and windows are in place. It would be nice to see a course developed for my trade with with extra attention to electrical hazards.
