I did appreciate being able to take the course online with the ability to start and stop as needed. Surprisingly, as this is specifically designed to meet a NYC requirement, there were many other States' training modules incorporated into the course. There were many typographical errors that were quite distracting to me. Overall, though, it seems the necessary topics were covered and the tests were thorough.
