I had issues trying to get started with the course. The program was unable to access my webcam and microphone. I contacted support for assistance and finally got to the course. At that point, screens would not advance and I had no audio. I again reached out for help. I changed the browser I was using at support's suggestion and was finally able to proceed and complete the course. The course was informative and well presented. There were only a couple of typographical errors. The many references to the "CFR" codes were a bit tedious. Overall, good and interesting content.
