Lots of good detail. Might be good having examples of how you make plan for leading edge work erecting a masonry building say 8 stories. Explain the safety plan you developed. Layout, temp connections for : Temp Anchor, horizontal lifeline on floor plate, how the workers attach with retractable lines and lanyards to enable the masons to erect the cmu block on the leading edge. Design restraints, the blocking/engineer to fix the temp anchor points to CFS joist etc and you construct the floor and then move unto the next floor. This would be a proper real life example which would be much more relatable and understandable for people learning about safety and planning.
